The property is accessed over our private bridge.  Where there is plenty of private parking for in excess of 4 cars.

There is a large garden, mainly laid to lawn.  A side seating area, bbq, and outside wc, surrounded by a brook.

Downstairs:

On entering Sea Vista there is a generous porch and ample space for storage.

One large double bedroom with kingsize bed and plenty on storage areas space to put travel cot

One large twin bedroom with two single beds, triple wardrobe and space for cot etc

Comfortable Lounge 2 Sofa's, Armchair, footrest, Smart TV with Netflix, and DVD player

Large new kitchen/diner to accommodate 6 people. 

Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron.

There is also a recently updated shower room with WC

 

Upstairs:

Modern bathroom with WC 

Lounge area with L shape sofa and love seat, with a Juliet balcony with Sea glimpses.

3rd bedroom with small double bed and storage.
